Vennagram #6: Juniper Lee vs. Jake Long

You know those two shows with a slightly similar concept and yet it feels like it's a complete rip-off of the other. Well, some of my future topics will tackle this mishap. But for now, here's one of them.

Meet Juniper Lee and Jake Long. Two teens who have a lot of things in common. Like...

Both are just ordinary people.	She's a 11 yr old Chinese-American girl.	He's a 13 yr old Chinese-American boy.
Until they were chosen to protect the balance of the magical world...	...as the Te Xuan Ze.	...as the American Dragon.
A world where...	...the magic and human worlds have been separated by a magical barrier that prevent creatures to be seen.	...as the creatures live in secrecy to human world.
Both are trained by their grandparent.	Jasmine Lee was also Te Xuan Ze	Luong Lao Shi is a Dragon Master.
Both have a sibling who..	...can see through the magic barrier	...is a nascent dragon.
Both have best friends that...	...doesn't know her secrect	...always help him in his mission.
Both have a magical dog	Monroe, a pug	Fu Dog, a Shar Pei
Both have a trouble telling with their love interest.	She has troubles confessing her feelings to her friend Marcus.	He have troubles confessing his feelings to his crush Rose.
Both are responsible in their duties.	She always saves the day and learns in the end.	He always saves the day and learns in the end.

I could go on about this but it's going to be very long.
